We build learning-rich workplaces. We combine interpretivist research with co-design and evaluation to make learning continuous, intentional and impactful across the healthcare continuum—both on the ward and in simulation.

We partner with educators, clinicians and leaders to uncover authentic problems, tailor educational and workplace interventions, and evaluate their effects on behaviour, teams and patient care. Our focus: learning as part of clinical life, not an afterthought.

Using naturalistic qualitative inquiry, we reveal how people actually work and learn, then co-design context-sensitive solutions and study how and why they work. This tight bridge between research and action helps organisations innovate sustainably.

Embedding learning in everyday healthcare

Healthcare workplaces can be high-pressure, yet they are the most powerful classrooms clinicians have. By embedding learning into daily practice—and complementing it with targeted simulation—we help build safer, more adaptive care systems.
Our work translates research into feasible strategies that organisations can implement now: diagnosing real problems, co-creating solutions with stakeholders, and evaluating impact beyond tick-boxes.

  • A future where every clinical workplace is a site of intentional, high-quality learning and simulation augments experience to cultivate reflective, resilient professionals.

  • We work with teams, not on them: interpretivist inquiry to surface lived problems; collaborative design to tailor interventions; and shared evaluation to refine what works, where and why.

  • We convert insights into innovation strategies (micro-changes to workflows, coaching routines, simulation scenarios) and build capacity so improvements persist after projects end.
