Small airway disease and adherence in pediatric asthma and cystic fibrosis

My research focuses on small airway disease and treatment adherence in pediatric asthma and cystic fibrosis and is closely linked to clinical care. Small airway disease is often the earliest manifestation of pediatric lung disease, representing a window of opportunity for early diagnosis and intervention, which may improve long-term outcomes. At the same time, supporting adherence can further improve these outcomes.
