The Kick off meeting on June 25

The kick-off meeting represented the perfect occasion for everyone to meet and exchange ideas on relevant aspects in this initial phase of the project including governance, dissemination, study start-up, and recruitment.

 Participants included (co) applicants, co-financers and collaborative partners. All partners shared their vision of the collaboration within the project and started brainstorming on the co-creation aspects including the setup and organization of the fieldlabs.

Also a practical simulation was given by mean of a virtual reality demo session.

Beside the project partners, also the project manager at NWO was present, who provided a short presentation of the funding agency expectation especially with regard to progress monitoring and impact.

The next physical consortium meeting will be organized in the second quarter of 2025.
