Vital and future proof Nursing

Within the field of nursing research and education, I’m interested in creating healthy learning and working environments for healthcare providers, and nurses in particular. Healthcare providers are already coping with high job demands, and in our greying society the demand on healthcare services is increasing while the available workforce is decreasing. I want to contribute with transdisciplinary and design-based research and education.
