The role of interoception in lifestyle and health behavior

I am doing my PhD with Leiden University Medical Center under supervision of Prof. Dr. Jessica Kiefte-de Jong, with Dr. Marije Elferink-Gemser from the UMCG as co-promotor. I concentrate on the role of interoception in lifestyle and health management, mainly focusing on the interaction between interoception and exercise, which can be used to develop or improve lifestyle interventions.
