Exploring genomic instability to enhance anti-tumor immunity

My research explores how genomic instability triggered by chemotherapy—such as paclitaxel—can reprogram the tumor microenvironment. I am particularly interested in how this stress activates inflammatory signaling through the cGAS–STING, NF-κB, and interferon pathways, ultimately engaging anti-tumor immunity and opening new directions for cancer treatment.
