As a project manager, I’m motivated by the opportunity to help researchers turn ambitious ideas into impactful, well-executed projects. I thrive in roles where I can bring structure to innovation and help teams move from concept to implementation. At Research BV, I support researchers throughout the full project life cycle: from idea development and proposal writing to implementation, communication, and impact. I also coordinate the International Master in Innovative Medicine programme at the Graduate School of Medical Sciences. My academic background is in International Business and Strategic Innovation Management, with a focus on sustainability and psychology. Drawing on my experience in project management, consultancy, and research support, I’m able to connect diverse perspectives and ensure complex projects progress smoothly and purposefully.
