Investigating mechanical changes in glioblastoma

As a clinical and molecular neuroscientist by training, I am fascinated by the intricate workings of diseases of the brain. Currently, I am focusing my research on how mechanical changes in the tumor microenvironment of glioblastoma affect cell migration and whether we can adapt these biophysical properties to reduce cell migration and invasion.
