I am a PhD candidate in the department of Human Movement Sciences, and part of the “Healthy Living as a Service” project. My research explores how wearable technology can monitor lifestyle factors (such as activity, stress, and sleep) and provide personalized advice. I am also focussing on understanding how people change their behaviour regarding lifestyle and work on health goals.
