As a PhD student in the Department of Human Movement Science, my research interest is gait flexibility and adaptability in active and inactive adults throughout their lifespan. My research focuses on getting an insight into gait flexibility and adaptability by applying optic flow perturbations to walking and analyzing the effects of immediate and prolonged optic flow perturbations on gait parameters, muscle activity, energy expenditure, etc. in young/older, active/inactive adults.
