Deep learning for microscopic image analysis in cellular biology

 I study deep learning models to analyze and segment microscopic images, aiming to support cellular structure discovery in biomedical research. I am especially interested in automating large-scale analysis using deep learning models and foundation models to accelerate elemental mapping in microscopy.
