Coordinating the Alzheimer Center Groningen (ACG) and the UMCG research program Cognition, Ageing and Disease (CAD)

A Spider in the web or a helicopter are both descriptions I have heard back when I try to explain what I do as the coordinator of the ACG and CAD. My main goal is to make connections to improve research on cognitive impairment or dementia, and to improve (after) care for patients from the memory clinic. I connect research with the memory clinic but also researchers with each other from all parts of the UMCG and our region. I am also part of the ACG board and involved in communication and external collaborations.
