As an assistant professor at the Department of Human Movement Sciences, my main research focus is human gait and the improvement of walking function. I am specialized in the neuromechanics of human movement and in my research I use a clever combination of experimental studies and computational modelling. My research is founded on the principles of biomechanics, motor control, neuroscience and exercise physiology.
