Rheumatologist

As a rheumatologist, I treat patients with systemic auto-immune diseases. I have a specific scientific interest in systemic sclerosis, an immune-mediated disease that is characterized by vasculopathy, inflammation and fibrosis. My scientific ambition is to improve our knowledge of the complicated pathophysiology of this disease, find early disease markers and improve treatment possibilities.
