My mission is to create synergies between different stakeholders, let researchers’ ideas flourish and help realize them. It is an honor to be surrounded by so many creative minds and innovative ideas, of which the UMCG is rich. I greatly enjoy clarifying the why, how and for whom of projects: making it happen together is what motivates me. Therefore, I am proud to lead a team of enablers, serving science and connecting it to society through comprehensive process support. I am happy to use my solid background in program management, policy development, international relations and knowledge management to advance science.
