I focus in particular on vulnerable groups in the labour market, i.e. workers with chronic diseases, and/or in low educated positions. Preventing early involuntary exit from paid employment for these workers is important for both individuals and society as a whole. My aim is to gain a better understanding of factors in and outside work related to maintaining employment, and about effective (return-to-work) strategies to maintain employment of these groups of workers.
