Postdoctoral Researcher & Health Psychologist

I work as a Health Psychologist at University Center Psychiatry at the department of Psychosis and as a senior researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center Psychopathology and Emotion Regulation on the Therap-i and Rigidit-i project. In the Therap-i project, we investigate the potential of using electronic diaries in the treatment for recurrent depression. In the Rigidit-i project, we investigate how rigidity in cognitions, emotions and behavior relate to depressive symptomatology. Furthermore, I am eager to understand how this form of rigidity relates to the way brain regions communicate with each other, and how we can use the concept of rigidity as a transdiagnostic marker to predict the course of psychiatric disorders.
