Getting forward in an organized way is my strength.

As a project assistant, I am passionate about supporting life science projects and enabling teams to work efficiently and with clarity. I bring expertise in project coordination, workflow management, planning & organizing, and maintaining strong oversight - skills that allow me to support both pre‑award and post‑award projects, as well as a wide range of administrative and operational support tasks.

Since joining Research BV, I’ve been involved in diverse projects across multiple departments. My work includes hands‑on support with EU funding portals, organizing international conferences (on‑site and hybrid), client communication, optimizing (internal) processes, organizing trainings, and contributing to the process management of internal grants and procedures.

I enjoy connecting structure with purpose - ensuring that people, projects, and processes run smoothly so that teams or individual team members can achieve meaningful impact and medical breakthroughs in science and innovation.
