I am a project manager with a strong focus on connecting people, structuring complex processes, and enabling new initiatives. I enjoy working at the intersection of research, operations, and collaboration, where ideas are translated into concrete projects and outcomes. My experience includes supporting international and national research projects such as MSCA Doctoral Networks, Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Actions, and NWO-funded projects. I focus on clear communication, effective coordination, and delivering high-quality and efficient project management. Alongside research project management, I also support consultancy-oriented initiatives, including projects related to Centres of Expertise for Rare Diseases. In these projects, I work on coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementation within complex organisational settings. I am motivated to provide high-quality and efficient project management and to share my expertise by supporting and mentoring researchers and project managers.
