As a rheumatologist, I develop advanced imaging tools to improve the detection of inflammation in systemic autoimmune diseases, including giant cell arteritis–polymyalgia rheumatica spectrum disease (GPSD) and Sjögren’s disease. I also investigate the underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms to identify targets for imaging and therapy.
