Return to practice and sustainable careers in maternity care

I am a midwife and PhD candidate at the research line Sustainable Midwifery & Care Access, with a focus on Midwifery Workforce & Wellbeing.

My research explores return to practice among non-practising midwives and factors associated with staying in or leaving the profession among maternity care assistants. I am particularly interested in how experienced maternity care professionals can be supported to remain active in the workforce throughout different stages of their working lives.
