Labour underutilisation in the Netherlands

My expertise is in public health and occupational health. I research labour underutilisation in the Netherlands from a broad welfare perspective, exploring how individual factors, health and lifestyle, social networks, work and living circumstances, and socioeconomic conditions contribute to labour underutilisation. Using quantitative (Lifelines & CBS data) and qualitative methods (interviews and focus groups), I focus on within-group differences of vulnerable groups, such as individuals with low socioeconomic status or poor health.
