During my career, I have gained a solid background in project management in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical research business. I joined the team of the UMCG Research BV as project manager to contribute to innovation and research excellence providing high quality project cycle management and sustainable knowledge organization. Connecting people, ideas, tools and resources and facilitating the collaboration is very motivating to move one step further towards the implementation of an idea into our daily life. Being part of that change through change management is very empowering and even more when that change comes from connecting people with different cultural backgrounds. Witnessing the added value of cultural diversity into innovation and research excellence is very gratifying. I received my PhD in Biology by the University of Valencia (Spain) and over a decade of work experience in contract research organizations.
