During my academic career, I realized the importance of successful grant applications to make scientific ideas come true. I have a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, a master’s degree in Biotechnology and a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology. Working in different scientific environments and collaborating with researchers from diverse backgrounds enabled me to develop excellent communication and organizational skills. As a pre-award project manager at UMCG Research BV, I help researchers structure their proposals to comply with the call requirements, assess all aspects of proposal development, and find relevant partners to ensure effective project delivery.
