My name is Alba, a PhD candidate in Pediatric Pulmonology at the Beatrix Children’s Hospital. My research spans three clinical studies: CTPP (Center for Translational Pediatric Pulmonology), ADEM2 (Randomized controlled trial within the Netherlands) and LifeLines NEXT (Birth cohort in the northern of the Netherlands). I aim to uncover mechanisms behind recurrent preschool wheeze and childhood-onset asthma, translating insights into better early diagnosis and treatment for children.
