Quantitative Cardiac PET/SPECT Imaging

 “Bridging clinical experience with the future of molecular imaging.” Having trained as a Resident Physician in Nuclear Medicine, I deeply understand the clinical demand for accurate diagnostic tools. Currently at UMCG, my PhD research focuses on quantitative cardiac PET/SPECT imaging to provide earlier and sharper risk stratification for ischemic heart disease and cardiomyopathies. My ultimate goal is to maximize the prognostic value of non-invasive imaging to guide better clinical decision-making and patient care.
