Abstract submission Pitch competition
Are you an early career researcher (PhD or within 5 years of completing your PhD)? Submit your abstract before January 8, 2026 (5 PM) via the form below. Institute Management Teams will select three abstracts per institute. Selected competitors will be notified by January 29, 2026 to prepare their 6-minute pitch presentation. The winners (one per institute) will receive a certificate and a 100 euro voucher. NB: Online pitch presentation is not an option. If you cannot be physically present on February 12, 2026, we recommend to not submit an abstract.
