I work in health data management because I believe that better use of data leads to better care. I’m driven by the idea that insights drawn from routine healthcare data—often hidden in plain sight—can directly inform and improve patient outcomes. This type of research is important to me because it bridges the gap between raw information and real-world decision-making in healthcare. What fascinates me most is the interplay between complex data systems and the human stories they represent. Every dataset is a snapshot of lived experience, and I want to help make those stories visible and meaningful. My goal is to ensure that researchers and care professionals have access to clear, high-quality data that empowers them to ask better questions and find better answers.
