I'm currently pursuing a PhD while working as a research-dietitian, to develop my skills in nutritional epidemiology and contribute more to nutrition research. The connection between diet and inflammation in gastrointestinal and cancer-related conditions intrigue me. I enjoy exploring how nutrition can influence health and discovering new ways to enhance patient well-being through diet. I aim to identify effective nutritional strategies that improve patient outcomes and healthcare practices.
