Medical device design

My goal is to realise sustainable, high quality health care by designing innovative and intelligent medical devices. Given the challenges health care is facing there is a major urge to a sustainable health care which can only be realised with medical devices that need to be smart and personalized, like sensor systems and intervention devices. Therefor my research is focussing on personalized smart sensing and intervention devices for (preventive) health care.
