VR for Mental Health in Chronic Disease

Building on my background in internet-based mental health support, my current research focuses on using digital tools-particularly Virtual Reality-to reduce psychological distress and improve overall health outcomes in people with chronic diseases, especially patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). I aim to explore how VR can be effectively integrated into medical care to support mental well-being and advance innovation in clinical practice.
