Translational and Transmural Infection Control

Over the past 30 years my research varied within and between the field of clinical microbiology, the epidemiology of infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance, and all aspects of infection control. What stayed constant was the hope to connect research and clinical implementation in order to advance patients' safety, and the attempt to include all echelons of care.
