Research with a focus on ECMO

 My main interest is in research on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in the intensive care unit. In the beginning my research was on complications, long-term outcomes and costs. Now, our research is part of a national registry, collecting clinical data on ECMO patients and performing several randomized clinical trials.
