As a researcher, I am interested in junior doctors' transition to clinical practice. An interesting topic to study, as I work as a junior doctor myself. For our research, we focus specifically on junior doctors' vulnerability and the context in which vulnerability takes place. Part of this context is the Landscape of Healthcare Practice that junior doctors enter, in which they navigate not only their own roles, but also the roles of other health care professionals.
