Molecular mechanisms in sepsis

I earned a PhD in Computational Biology from the University of Groningen, investigating the genome-wide effects of DNA G-quadruplex formation. Currently, I am engaged in research with Acutelines, a UMCG-based data-biobank that supports acute care and emergency medicine studies. By applying bioinformatics tools to omics datasets derived from Acutelines' samples, I aim to help unravel the molecular mechanisms in sepsis. My goal is to advance precision medicine approaches for sepsis management through these insights.
