I’m a medical student and PhD student at the UMCG. My research revolves around exploiding mitochondrial damage in sepsis-AKI to uncover part of the pathofysiology of sepsis-AKI and discover different moleculair endotypes of sepsis-AKI. This research is conducted at the Emergency department and is a part of Acutelines. Acutelines tries to gain more insight into the complex interaction between pre-existent health, acute illness and aging.
