Advancing Mental Healthcare for Psychosis Through Innovative Research

My work focuses on improving mental healthcare for individuals who experience psychosis. During my PhD, I explored the potential benefits of non-invasive brain stimulation for symptom relief. I have also contributed to research on the effects of early antipsychotic tapering and discontinuation. Currently, I am involved in multiple studies leveraging AI and natural language processing (NLP) to advance psychosis care, including the use of speech-based biomarkers for diagnosis and relapse prediction. As part of a EU-funded Horizon Europe project titled 'TRUSTING', I contribute to the development of a speech-based tool to integrate these innovations into real-world clinical practice.
