About my research

 After I graduated from medical school in 2019, I started my PhD on shoulder fractures in the cotutelle PhD program between the University of Groningen and Flinders University (Australia). My research focuses on innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, 3D-printed hand-held models and virtual 3D planning software to reduce interobserver bias and enhance surgical outcomes. It is very rewarding to be part of this fruitful international collaboration and to further develop these lines of research.
