Our large-scale prospective cohort study gives a detailed overview of the different dose characteristics of physical activity behaviour in adults with physical disabilities and/or chronic diseases. We included a large heterogeneous group of adults with physical disabilities and/or chronic diseases, which makes it more applicable to the general rehabilitation setting and population. Physical activity is highly diverse among adults with physical disabilities and/or chronic diseases. Understanding this diversity in physical activity can help improve physical activity promotion activities. Please read our open access article:
