We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd MoNuMind Symposium, focusing on the value of lifestyle data in research, clinical practice, and prevention.

MoNuMind (Movement, Nutrition, Mind) is the UMCG expertise center for lifestyle and prevention, aiming to strengthen the integration of lifestyle approaches in education and research.

What to expect

  • Plenary keynote sessions on lifestyle data and prevention
  • Examples of UMCG data sources working with lifestyle variables
  • Update on the MoNuMind Toolbox (measurement of movement, nutrition, and mental health)
  • 5‑minute pitches by UMCG researchers and clinicians
  • Plenty of time for networking and a closing borrel
