Psycho-social consequences of an ICU admission

In my research I focus on the impact an ICU admission can have on both patients and family members. Quality of life, return to work, spirituality and family systems nursing are important issues I want to address in the context of long term follow-up after an ICU admission. I have performed research with (validated) questionnaires and I have conducted interview studies. Furthermore, I work at the research office of the ICU and am in the position to help other researchers with the development, implementation and conduct of their research.
