PhD student

I am a Phd candidate at the department of orthopaedic surgery. My research focuses on anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Besides my research work in the UMCG, I’m an orthopedic surgeon in the NoordWest Ziekenhuisgroep in Alkmaar and Den Helder. I believe that the beauty of research lies in the search for answers to clinical issues. With the aid of sound research, we aim to improve the care for our patients.
