Focus on personalized care combined with digital innovations

 As internist-nephrologist I am aiming for well-informed selfmanaging patients that have shared responsibity for their personalized treatment. In addition I encourage digital innovation in workprocesses and healthycare. I have some small research projects that focus on opportunities to make (digital) work process transformation. As associate-Chief medical information officer I have several areas of internist, namely: patient (remote) monitoring inpatient- and outpatient, healthy care provider education and work process optimalization.
