In January 2021 I started my PhD parallel to working as an orthopeadic surgery resident. With our research group we hope to further expanding our knowledge on the perceptions of OR guidance, the teaching strategies used in the OR and the interactions between supervising surgeons and residents. This will allow us to seek out more efficient and effective intraoperative teaching.
