LEARN Report 2020–2024 Published: Four Years of Impact in Health Professions Education

The LEARN Research Group is proud to present the LEARN Report 2020–2024, highlighting four years of growth, collaboration, and high-quality research in health professions education.

Despite being a small team, LEARN delivered a strong research output across its core themes — Clinical Reasoning, Sustainable Employability, Interprofessional Education, and Workplace-Based Learning. The report showcases publications, workshops, and projects that strengthened our impact nationally and internationally.

The new report also reflects the vibrant, collaborative spirit within LEARN: researchers supporting one another, partnering with clinical teams, and translating evidence into everyday educational practice.

The full report underscores one message: LEARN is a small team making a big contribution to better healthcare education.
