As a research coordinator, I translate regulations into practical applications, ensuring they remain feasible. My responsibilities span both specific cases and broader initiatives within the UMCG. I support all projects within the plastic surgery department, though my primary interest lies in breast cancer and breast reconstruction, particularly focusing on the role of obesity in treatment plans. My research is diverse, ranging from preclinical lab work on cells to qualitative studies, all aimed at optimizing patient care.
