The UMCG is one of the founding members of Healthy Ageing Network Northern Netherlands (HANNN). A quadruple helix ecosystem with all the major stakeholders in the field of active and healthy ageing in the Northern Netherlands among its membership. HANNN focuses on the life course of people and promotes active and healthy ageing in the broadest possible sense.
