The Department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging - University Medical Center Groningen is pleased to host a symposium dedicated to advances in Targeted Radionuclide Therapy (TRT), the ‘Groningen TRT Symposium 2027’. The meeting will bring together clinicians, researchers, medical physicists, radiochemists, and industry partners from across Europe and beyond to discuss recent advances and future directions in the field. Participants will discuss the latest developments in radionuclide production, radiochemistry and -pharmacy, molecular imaging, dosimetry, clinical translation and research, as well as an industry perspective.
Held at DOT Groningen from 7 to 9 April 2027, the scientific sessions will highlight emerging therapeutic radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals, novel tumour targets, and combination strategies. Speakers will present cutting-edge preclinical research alongside the latest clinical trial results. Interactive sessions will provide opportunities to exchange ideas and foster new collaborations. Early-career researchers will have the opportunity to present their work during dedicated oral and poster sessions.
The meeting reflects UMCG's commitment to advancing precision oncology through innovation in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. We look forward to welcoming participants to Groningen for an inspiring and collaborative scientific programme.
