Assistant Professor

As an immuno-pharmacologist, I aim to improve treatment of Sjögren’s disease (SjD) by means of patient-tailored manipulation of the immune system. There is a high unmet need for disease-modifying treatment of this complex autoimmune disease. My research currently focuses on the mechanisms leading to dysfunctional immune cells in SjD.
