As a staff member of the UMCG Research Office, I actively participate in Precision (short for Personalized Medicine Research Institute Groningen) aiming to establish a comprehensive platform for UMCG and GRIP researchers. My role involves advising on UMCG research strategy and procedures, participating in grant office activities, and strengthening the connections between our medical and pharmaceutical researchers. With my background in research and education in both disciplines along with recent experience in the funding landscape, I hope to assist and empower researchers in their endeavors and strive to be an easily accessible point of contact for Precision.
